ASSIGNMENT

CBRE’s Asset Services Group in Phoenix develops a comprehensive energy management program on behalf of GE Asset Management for its Phoenix Plaza office property, and earns Energy Star certification status for the building. The program is expected to reduce the facility’s electric bill by more than $150,000 in 2007.
