The Asia Pacific Research team provides real estate market information and strategic analysis from both an occupier and investment perspective.
Our primary objective is to harness the market knowledge and insight of CBRE professionals around the world for the benefit of clients and colleagues in all disciplines. CBRE Asia Pacific Research comprises over 120 researchers in 13 countries across the region who work with colleagues in other business lines to analyse the prospects for their local markets. The Asia Pacific regional team co-ordinates these local activities and collaborates with research groups around the world to generate data, forecasts, reports and analysis at regional and global levels. Our ERIX database is a web-based global data platform for assembling and distributing commercial real estate data. ERIX covers 210 global markets and CBRE researchers update more than 3,000 global data points each quarter. We produce a wide range of MarketView reports summarizing activity in different sectors and geographies, as well as ViewPoints on topics of current interest and Special Reports which investigate key issues in greater detail. In addition to extensive press and media work which helps build the CBRE brand across the region, the team undertakes numerous presentations which help communicate our latest thinking to clients.
