Los Angeles – September 12,
2011 – CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (CBRE) today announced the
promotion of Grayson Gill to Chief Operating Officer of the company’s Asset
Services business line. Mr. Gill previously held the title of Senior Managing
Director.

our clients while at the same time developing new opportunities for our

continuing globalization of our Asset Services platform and the enhancement of
our strategic client relationships and business development
efforts.”
In his new role, Mr. Gill, a 24-year
industry veteran, will be responsible for the operations of Asset
Services in the U.S., overseeing all of the business line’s operational
departments, including Legal, Employee Relations, Finance, Technology,
Procurement, Human Resources, Technical Services, and Client Accounting.
Previously, Mr. Gill oversaw the service delivery for Asset Services in the
company’s Central region—a 156 million-sq.-ft.
management portfolio including office, retail and
industrial properties located throughout Texas, Florida, the
Carolinas, Kansas, Georgia and Missouri.
Mr. Gill will also continue to serve
as Program Manager for the company’s U.S. Affiliate Office program, where he
coordinates program communications, develops and applies consistent business
practices, client contact and communication and acts as point of contact for any
issues resulting from these operations. CBRE’s Affiliate operations cover 45
markets totaling 138 million sq. ft. and generate over $90 million in gross
revenue. Additionally, Mr. Gill oversees CBRE’s Technical Services integration
and delivery, which consists of over 1,800 engineering
employees.
Past assignments for Mr. Gill include
serving as Principal and Director of Institutional Property Management for
Trammell Crow Company in the Central Region, managing a portfolio of more than
73 million sq. ft. Mr. Gill joined Trammell Crow Company in 1999, and was
promoted to Principal in 2002, where he directed the Dallas/Fort Worth property
management business unit, a 34 million-sq.-ft.
