Group, Inc. (CBRE) today announced the promotion of two executives for its
Global Corporate Services (GCS) business. Jim Wilson is being promoted to Chief
Operating Officer and Ken Loeber is being promoted to Global Chief
Sales Officer for GCS.
In his new role, Mr. Wilson, a
23-year industry veteran, will be responsible for GCS’s major global service
lines (Facilities Management, Project Management and Transaction Management) as
well as continuing to have operational responsibility for more than 150
corporate clients across all global regions.
Mr. Loeber, also a 23-year year veteran in the industry, will be
responsible for GCS global solutions and business development focused on
occupiers of commercial real estate. He will have oversight for business
development across the businesses’ three regions in the Americas, as well as for
expanded accountability for EMEA and Asia Pacific. Additionally,
he will assume responsibility for the industry vertical teams focused on the
healthcare and public sectors.
Previously, Mr. Wilson led the firm’s “Client Accounts” business, which
services more than 150 large corporate clients across all service lines and
global regions where he established the delivery of CBRE's services through a
client–centric, single point of contact, account management delivery model
resulting in client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and implementation of a
global platform to result in strong financial performance. Mr.
Wilson’s past assignments at CBRE have also included serving as the East Region
Executive Account Leader, overseeing 25 large corporate service
relationships.
Mr. Loeber previously served as Global Head of Project Management
services for the firm’s business, where he was responsible for the
business strategy, resource deployment, tool development and overall delivery of
program and project services.

CB Richard Ellis signed a record 47 new, expanded and renewal
outsourcing contracts in the second quarter of 2011, surpassing its previous
record of 44 total contracts signed in a quarter, which was achieved in the
first quarter of 2011.
