As Associate Director for CB Richard Ellis’ Tenant Representation and Client Management Asia Team, Charles manages and coordinates multimarket real estate requirements for international corporations, professional services firms, and financial institutions. Based in Hong Kong, and with over five years of experience operating across China, Charles is well placed to deliver client satisfaction by ensuring that CBRE’s best practice policy – people and platforms – is applied throughout the Asia Region.
In addtion, Charles is in constant communication with CBRE’s Asia offices to maintain and improve the connectivity and platform of CBRE’s Tenant Representation business throughout the Asia Region.
Prior to joining the Tenant Representation and Client Management Asia Team in Hong Kong, Charles worked in CBRE’s Shanghai office for four years concentrating on commercial real estate transaction management, brokerage, corporate consulting, and cross border business. Before moving to China, he spent two years working in commercial real estate finance as an analyst and account manager in Los Angeles, California.
