With a strong analytical background gained from two years in commercial real estate finance, and experience living and working in China, Charles Kelly is a central member of CB Richard Ellis’ Tenant Representation team in Shanghai.
Charles’ sound Mandarin language skills enable him to communicate and advise clients throughout Greater China. Acting as Shanghai’s representative for CBRE’s Law Firm Practice Group (LFPG), Hedge Fund and Private Equity Committee, and Associate Broker Office Network (ABON), Charles is well versed in cross border real estate solutions.
Charles joined CB Richard Ellis’ Shanghai Office in August of 2006.
