Ram joined CB Richard Ellis in 1997. His specialized fields of competence includes providing corporate real estate services for Indian & Multinational corporates in South India, and consulting services on acquisition and disposition of commercial, industrial and retail premises.
Ram manages and coordinates all the activities of our South India operations and is also responsible for the firm's Corporate Services group in South India, including strategic planning and consulting, transaction management, portfolio review, lease administration, lease audit, acquisition, disposition, lease renewal and rent review services.
Ram has close to 8 years experience managing appraisals, rent reviews, commercial leasing and sales, development appraisals, disposal and acquisition strategy for both landlords and tenants. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Bangalore, Ram worked in Bangalore for Colliers Jardine, where he set up the Transaction services group in Bangalore and Chennai.
