Thirumal Goviondraj is responsible for running the Business at Chenniai that includes all activities related to Consulting, Corporate Real Estates Services Project Management and Property and Facilities management.
Thirumal has overall experience of 9 years of working experience, which includes assignments in Sales & Marketing, Rent Reviews, Commercial leasing, Business Development.
Thirumal began his career in the year 1994 working as Sales Trainee with a Franchisee of Escorts Telecom in Delhi. In 1996, Thirumal joined Citibank Shelters in Bangalore marketing their personal Loans and Housing loans, during his stint with Shelters he was responsible in setting up the Citibank residential real estate department called India Homes, and represented them in the midlle east for marketing of residential apartments to the NRI's in the middle east.
He joined CB Richard Ellis in November 1999 as Manager Corporate Real Estate Services in Bangalore. He was responsible for operations and business growth in Bangalore & Hyderabad for the Corporate Services Division.
