Vivian Tan has been with the Office Services Team since mid-1996. Apart from assisting and advising office space occupiers, Vivian also handles Lease Management on behalf of building owners.

Vivian has been responsible for the successful marketing of major office building such as Paragon, One Fullerton, Springleaf Tower, 79 Anson Road, 6 Raffles Quay. Having worked with many multi-national companies, she has chalked up valuable and extensive experience in office leasing deals over the past twelve years.
Vivian has also been directly involved in advising 3 property fund management companies in the marketing and lease management of their office portfolio, namely - 8 Shenton Way, Springleaf Tower and 78 Shenton Way
