Since June 2004, Geneva-based property consultancy, PI Performance Immobilière, has been selected as CB Richard Ellis's partner to represent them exclusively in Switzerland. The new company is now known as "CB Richard Ellis - PI Performance" and has a team of fifteen people with offices in Geneva and Zurich.

The company specialises in corporate real estate and structured property transactions throughout Switzerland. Our client list encompasses many multinational enterprises, international leaders as well as national real estate companies.

CB Richard Ellis - PI Performance has extensive experience of the Swiss office market and is one of the most recognized specialists for structured transactions, with more than CHF 1 billion transactions realized. For special assignments such as large portfolio valuations we can draw on the panel of well-qualified consultants such as chartered surveyors, economists and lawyers.
