  :: Area Information
Istanbul, Turkey

The professional team and personnel of CB Richard Ellis Istanbul are dedicated to providing the highest standard of service to our clients. The CB Richard Ellis group offers the widest scope of commercial real estate services of any company in the world.

We cover a large geographic area, including Turkey, the Middle East and Egypt. Although the team is relatively small, with only eight employees, our portfolio is diverse, incorporating property sales and leasing, property management, appraisal/valuation, research and consulting.

From our beginnings in Turkey with the investment of the Ciragan Palace Hotel Kempinski in Istanbul in 1990, involving Japanese sellers and Middle Eastern buyers, the office has continued to service clients from a variety of backgrounds. Accordingly, the office is multilingual, including French, Arabic and Turkish.

The office is situated in picturesque Besiktas, in the heart of the city, in close proximity to the business districts of Maslak, Mecidiyekoy, Levent and Taksim. The office is within walking distance of the Bosphorus, the strait of water separating Asia and Europe, with its many fine restaurants and 5-star hotels lining the shores.

Clients include the Accor Group, Alcoa, the Australian Government, B&Q, Castrol, Coca Cola, Dedeman, Exel Logistics, France Telecom, Gannett Fleming, Hewlett Packard, IBM, MNG, NCR, Nike, Nurol, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Procter & Gamble, the US State Dep't and Yapi Kredi Koray.
