Feroze Bundhun is the Managing Director of the CB Richard Ellis Turkey.

He has actively provided all types of real estate services including valuation, investment, consultancy, advisory and leasing work in Egypt, Syria, Iran, Lebanon, Morocco, Romania, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.   He joined Richard Ellis in Brussels in 1974 as Development Surveyor and subsequently moved to the Real Estate Department of Banque Brussels Lambert where he started the Management Department for a very substantial Real Estate Portfolio in Belgium. 

He rejoined Richard Ellis in London in 1989 in order to develop the Company’s business in the Middle East in general, and in particular, in Turkey.  He was instrumental in acquiring the Ciragan Palace for a Middle Eastern institution.  This acquisition was by far the largest single foreign investment in Real Estate ever made in Turkey. 

After having spent ten years in Brussels, Feroze joined the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority as European Portfolio Manager (managing assets in excess of US$ 1 billion) and later became Senior Acquisitions Manager responsible for acquiring substantial property investments worldwide.  Feroze has lived in Dubai for five years and retains extensive contacts throughout the Middle East.

Feroze has an extensive knowledge of overseas property markets, and speaks French and English fluently.  He has travelled and worked extensively both within and outside Europe.
