Onder Akpinar is the Assistant Director of the Agency Department of CB Richard Ellis Turkey. He is responsible for leasing, sales and research activities. He has a detailed knowledge of property markets in Turkey in general, and the Istanbul area in particular. He is a very perceptive observer of real estate activities in the country.
Having worked with Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza Hotel as an income auditor and night manager between 1992 and 1995, he became the group leader at Akros Foreign Trade on marketing activities in 1996.
He joined the CB Richard Ellis team in Istanbul in August 1998 to help with research and letting activities. As a result he has set up an extensive database of clients and properties in Turkey.
Onder is fluent in English.
