Serdar Gengonul, the Accounting Manager, joined the CB Richard Ellis in March, 2004. His responsibilities include the accounting and financial operations for the office, with particular proficiency in information technology accounting systems and the development of financial spreadsheets.

Since 1996, Serdar has worked as a bookkeeper, an accounting auditor and a financial manager with such firms as Bosch BSA, Tuyap Tum Fuarcilik Yapim AS, HKF Fuarcilik A.S and Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs – VNU.  These positions included bookkeeping, management of financial accounts and banking details, repayments of loan accounts, preparing cash flow and budget for investment analysis as well as preparing international balance sheets and profit/loss tables.
