ABOUT US

The professional team and personnel of CB Richard Ellis Istanbul are dedicated to providing the highest standard of service to our clients. The CB Richard Ellis Group offers the widest scope of commercial real estate services of any company in the world. 

 

We cover a large geographic area, including Turkey, the Middle East and many of the CIS Countries. Although the team is relatively small, with a dozen employees, our portfolio is diverse, incorporating property sales and leasing, appraisal/valuation, research, consulting and facilities management. Our activities cover all sectors of real estate including hotels, retail, industrial and offices.

 

From our beginnings in Turkey with the investment of the Ciragan Palace Hotel Kempinski in Istanbul in 1990, involving Japanese sellers and Middle Eastern buyers, the office has continued to service clients from a variety of backgrounds. Accordingly, the office is multilingual, including French, Arabic and Turkish.

 

Clients include: Aerium, Areva, Bain Capital, Beckman Coulter, Calyon, Coca Cola, Corio, Dedeman Hotels, DHL Logistics, Dole, Federal Mogul, Goodman,  ING Bank, Kuwait Finance House, Unibail, NCR, Nike, Procter & Gamble, Pierre Fabre, Schenider Electric, TI Group, the US State Department of State, Vastnet and Wachovia Bank.
