Roles & Responsibilities

Create and produce electronic and/or direct marketing campaigns for sale or lease of properties, including customized property information materials, comparable market analyses, market and industry research, and target e-mailing lists. Support Sales team members in the implementation of business marketing strategies for Clients. Manage and update marketing infrastructure; database systems, prospects, intranet, and external websites. Conceptualize and develop the design of flyers, property brochures, proposals, and offering memoranda for the purpose of closing sales. Develop and catalog business intelligence for assigned sales team. Regularly interface with Clients, resolve complex issues, provide technical marketing.  Conducts property tours for Clients, show space, and discuss property specifications. Coordinate with team and resources to ensure speed-to-market exposure for Clients’ properties. Maintain accurate market information, as well as specific information relative to Client’s needs.
