Steve Rudesill, a 20+ year veteran of real estate, investment and management, is President of the Multi-Housing Group of CB Richard Ellis Memphis. He oversees day-to-day operations of multifamily brokerage and market research services in Memphis and Jackson, Tennessee; Little Rock, Arkansas and Jackson, Mississippi. Since 2000, Steve and his multifamily team have served local, regional and national clients in the disposition of over 36,000 multifamily units in the Mid-South region and transacted over $1.6-billion in apartment sales.
Mr. Rudesill operated a multifamily brokerage company in California before moving to Memphis in 1990, where he was a partner in SPL Corporation, a boutique multifamily brokerage firm that merged with CB Richard Ellis Memphis in 1999. Achievements
