The Hispanic Network Group is one of the CBRE networking groups committed to promoting the value of diversity within CBRE in order to better serve our clients, enhance the employee experience, and contribute to the members’ and company’s success. The Hispanic Networking Group’s goals are:

• To create and identify business development opportunities which embrace diversity and increase the earning capacity of its members
     
• To increase the retention, advancement and recruitment of Hispanics at CBRE
     
• To provide networking and information exchange opportunities
     
• To provide a vehicle for community service and outreach

The Hispanic Networking Group will accomplish these goals through its advocacy with senior management, ongoing networking forums both within and outside of the company, development activities, information dissemination, sharing best practices and facilitating connectivity to leadership in industry external organizations.  The group will also create opportunities to advance careers and improve visibility.
