London -- First class service and a strong professional reputation secured the coveted Office Agency Team of the Year Award for the CB Richard Ellis City Agency Team at Monday's Property Week Awards in London.
'It's taken just one year for the City team to become the first choice for both landlords and occupiers,' said executive director, Digby Flower. 'We dominated the market in 2004, taking a market share of over 25% and generating more than £6.6m in fee income.
'Roger Lister and I were of course delighted to receive this award on behalf of the entire City Agency Team. It's thanks to the dedication, experience and unrivalled market knowledge of the team as a whole that we've picked up this trophy. It's great to be recognised by your peers and each and every one of us played a large part in that success.'

The 10th annual Property Week Awards, were held at the prestigious Grosvenor Hotel, London, on Monday, 25 April 2005 and attracted over 1,800 people. |
