Tenants request services through the building office, the Axis portal platform or, in some cases directly to the service provider.

Private Label – CB Richard Ellis has developed a Private Label services offering, allowing owners the visibility and control they require at their properties, even as the day-to-day leasing and operating responsibilities are assumed by a professional Asset Services team. Client branding is assured, because properties are staffed by CBRE employees, who operate the management office and property as if directly employed by the owner.
