Ms. Romanak is the Chief Financial Officer of CB Richard Ellis Investors and is responsible for global accounting/reporting and finance activities for the organization’s $42 billion real estate investment portfolio. She directs global operations and oversees new fund formations, information technology, human resources and corporate compliance/administration for the firm’s offices in the US, Asia and Europe. Ms. Romanak is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Global Leadership Team and the Investment Committee. She acts as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Romanak has more than twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
