Darcy Mackay leads the Global Corporate Services consulting practice, specializing in corporate strategic planning, organizational change and design, and portfolio optimization for both private- and public-sector clients. She brings a broad base of knowledge to her practice through her work with corporate occupiers as well as with developers, investors and lenders. Creating alignment between business and real estate strategy with a customer relationship management focus forms the core of her work with corporate occupiers.

Ms. Mackay has consulted with clients throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia to develop portfolio strategies, location/site selection, land use analysis and surplus property dispostion. Her experience also includes work in the areas of urban redevelopment, mixed-use/residential development, and university housing, and spans all asset types.
