2009 GCS Wins
During the first quarter, CBRE reported a total of 19 major GCS wins, including 10 new accounts, five expansions and four renewals. Highlights for the quarter include:

NCR selected CBRE to provide facilities management, transaction management, lease administration and project management services across its 5.5 million-sq.-ft. real estate portfolio spanning more than 100 countries.

Nokia selected CBRE to provide transaction management and lease administration services for its 20 million-sq.-ft. portfolio encompassing more than 380 properties in 60 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas.

Pepsi selected CBRE to provide transaction management services for their global portfolio serving more than 185,000 employees in 200 countries around the world.

StatoilHydro selected CBRE to provide transaction management and project management services for its 6 million-sq.-ft. global portfolio which consists of more than 70 properties in 40 countries.

The Ontario Realty Corporation selected CBRE to provide project management services for the company's holdings throughout Toronto and southwest and northwest Ontario.
