Crystal Bledsoe is currently in the role of Platform Training Manager for the US and Canada for the RBC account with CBRE. Duties include the design, development, facilitation, training and governance oversight of project management processes, standards, policies and procedures. Crystal has worked in the financial services industry since 1993 with the last 11 years focused on project management and coordination. During her Project management / Operations career, she was responsible to date for the planning and execution of individual projects for financial institutions as well as the Federal government with budgets totaling approximately $25 million dollars annually. Crystal Bledsoe has been fortunate to experience the corporate real-estate duties through CBRE’s RBC Bank account. During her years of service she has provided significant improvement to the client audit process in both US and Canadian teams, providing success each year. Crystal has developed multiple process improvements creating seamless success for the client and CBRE teams. Crystal has developed team building and motivational training for a thriving PJM department. She has successfully produced projects as both a coordinator and Project Manager. Crystal has demonstrated organizational and scheduling talents with both builds and deconstruction during mergers and acquisitions. Customer service and client relationship building are areas of achievement that Crystal has excelled at for herself and co-workers.
