The oceanfront property features a completely renovated “Blue Shark” golf club (designed by Greg Norman), with planned amenities that include a 5-star hotel, a 4-star hotel, casino, marina, racquet club and retail development. In addition, a residential component is planned consisting of canal villas, estates and golf course homes, as well as fractional units. This assignment was completed in May 2009. |
