After having served as the Managing Director of CBRE's Las Vegas office for four years, John Knott joined the Global Gaming Group as a partner. Mr. Knott contributes years of brokerage experience and knowledge along with unparalleled transaction success to the Global Gaming Group. He is responsible for coordinating the marketing campaigns and client communications that lead to successful transactions. Mr. Knott is an "outside the box" thinker in solving client needs, forming joint venture partnerships and engineering creative capital funding solutions. He is also responsible for delivering the full resources of CBRE to Global Gaming Group clients. In 2004 CBRE Recognition Conference, John Knott and Carlton Geer were awarded the company's Innovation Award. With their explosive year in 2006, both were recognized in the Colbert Coldwell Circle at CBRE Recognition Conference as part of the Top 200 Producers in the company.

Mr. Parks is a graduate of UNLV's School of Hotel Administration and contributes his talents in market research, underwriting for capital funding and general acquisition and disposition projects to the team. Mr. Parks demonstrates an exceptional skill at "connecting the dots" – envisioning multi-dimensional solutions to client problems. In 2004, Mr. Parks was named Rookie of the Year for his accomplishments. In 2007, the Las Vegas Business Press named Mr. Parks to its list of "Rising Stars in Business" recognizing his accomplishments.

Gino Vincent joined the Global Gaming Group as a Sales Assistant and was recently promoted to an Associate as a junior partner. Mr. Vincent is a graduate of the University of San Diego in Business Administration with concentration in Real Estate. He contributes his talents in supporting the team’s increasing market share and servicing existing clients. Mr. Vincent’s primary responsibilities include listing and contact database management, preparing and distributing offering memorandums, researching current market conditions, and preparing monthly activity reports.

Brent Pirosch is Director of Gaming Consulting Services for CB Richard Ellis' Global Gaming Group in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Pirosch's primary responsibilities include the financial aspects of marketing proposals, information memoranda, underwriting, feasibility studies and a quarterly newsletter. In addition, he is also responsible for maintaining a database of information on all gaming markets to identify new opportunities for gaming operators and investors.

Jacob Oberman is Director of Gaming Research and Analysis for the Global Gaming Group. Mr. Oberman will assist with meeting the growing demand for market research, general gaming market analysis, feasibility studies, and other various projects for GGG's clients. Mr. Oberman graduated from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and has a wide array of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, including finance, accounting, casino, and hotel operations.
