CBRE Capital Markets’ Loan Sale Advisory - Small Balance program provides commercial mortgage loan sale advisory services for individual assets and portfolios where the average loan size is less than $15 million. The team provides services for loans in all stages—performing, sub-performing and non-performing—and for all commercial asset types on a nationwide basis. Complementing our National Loan Sale Advisory Group, the Small Balance program utilizes CBRE real estate professionals in the market where the asset is located, while working with a centralized national team to maintain consistent delivery and execution.
