Mr. Brue is the co-leader of the Capital Markets Loan Sale Advisory – Small Balance National Execution Team. Mr. Brue began his real estate career in 1997 with Grubb & Ellis specializing in representing owners in the disposition of office, retail and industrial properties moving to CBRE in January 2003. During his career, Mr. Brue has been responsible for the marketing and sale of over $2 billion in investment grade commercial properties on behalf of his clients. In addition to his responsibilities with the Capital Markets Loan Sale Advisory – Small Balance program, Mr. Brue is the Senior Managing Director of the CB Richard Ellis Private Client Group (PCG). |

Eric Tupler, Vice Chairman |

Mr. Tupler is the co-leader of the Capital Markets Loan Sale Advisory – Small Balance National Execution Team. Since joining CBRE in 1994, Mr. Tupler has originated over $6.0 billion in debt and equity financings. Mr. Tupler was the company’s #1 National Producer in 2004 and has been awarded the Coldwell Colbert Circle Award each year since 2003, which recognizes the top 3 percent of commissioned CB Richard Ellis salespeople worldwide. In addition to his responsibilities with the Capital Markets Loan Sale Advisory – Small Balance program, Mr. Tupler manages the Debt & Equity Finance offices in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Salt Lake City. |

Geoff Baukol, First Vice President |

Mr. Baukol is a member of the Capital Markets Loan Sale Advisory – Small Balance national execution team. Mr. Baukol has ten years of investment sales experience, starting his career at Grubb & Ellis before coming to CB Richard Ellis in early 2005. Throughout his career, Mr. Baukol has been involved in the sale of over $950 million of investment real estate in Colorado. In the last two years, Geoff disposed of 58 assets consisting of over 3.21 million square feet and exceeding a total value of over $450 million. Mr. Baukol was recognized as one of CBRE’s top ten Denver brokerage professionals in 2007. |

Mr. Easter is a member of the Capital Markets Loan Sale Advisory – Small Balance national execution team. Mr. Easter brings over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and an extensive background in the multifamily industry. Since joining CBRE in 2006, Mr. Easter has originated over $1.0 billion in multifamily debt and equity financing including conventional assets, senior housing, affordable housing, and student housing. |

Baxter Fain, Vice President |

Mr. Fain is a member of the Capital Markets Loan Sale Advisory – Small Balance national execution team. Since joining CBRE in 2005, Mr. Fain has closed over 50 transactions with loan proceeds totaling over $500 million. Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Mr. Fain was a Vice President with Goldman Sachs Mortgage Capital in Dallas, Texas from June 1998 to May 2005. His first 4 years with Goldman he was in the investment banking division and closed 15 securitizations totaling over $7.5 billion.

Mr. Simon is a member of the Capital Markets Loan Sale Advisory – Small Balance national execution team. In his role as Production Analyst, Mr. Simon has been involved in over 100 completed transactions with loan proceeds in excess of $3 billion. Prior to joining the Denver Debt and Equity Finance Group, Mr. Simon began his career with CB Richard Ellis in 2004 as part of the Wheel Program – the real estate industry’s premier brokerage training program that focuses on in-depth sales, marketing and management skills.

Ms. Teverbaugh is a member of the Capital Markets Loan Sale Advisory – Small Balance national execution team. In her role as Production Analyst, Ms. Teverbaugh has closed over 50 transactions with loan proceeds totaling over $500 million. Product types have included regional and neighborhood shopping centers, office buildings, land, and industrial properties in markets throughout Colorado and the United States. Ms. Teverbaugh joined CBRE in 2005 as a member of the Denver Debt & Equity Finance team. |
