American Standard Industrial Portfolio
American Standard, Crane and Eljer are selling their former manufacturing facilities located in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas.  Rail service, heavy industrial power, proximity to  Intermodal Parks and major highways and barge service are some of the features of these properties. The sale of these properties provide an excellent opportunity for an industrial user or investor to use the properties for warehousing, assembly or manufacturing.  The properties are available for purchase as separate properties or as a portfolio.

Walmart Retail Property Portfolio
This offering consists of properties that are owned by Walmart. The properties are either vacant or will become vacant as a result of Walmart's relocation to a Supercenter, Sam's Club or other concept. The properties provide excellent opportunities for users to acquire well-located properties for their own use, for investors with relationships with retail tenants and for conversion to other uses such as self-storage, office and industrial uses. Several properties are partially leased to tenants with excellent credit.

Retail Big Box Portfolio
This offering consists of several big box properties formerly occupied by a national retailer. There are locations available in Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas. The properties are on the market for sale, but the owner will consider leasing interests as well. The smaller size of the properties makes the ideal for demising to smaller suites or easy utilization by a user. The majority of the buildings are stand-alone allowing for greater flexibility.

Sale-Leaseback Portfolio
This offering is for a sale-leaseback portfolio consisting of two manufacturing properties in Canada, located in Strathroy, Ontario. The properties are owned by  Vari-Form, a manufacturing company that is wholly owned by Tyde Group Worldwide, LLC.

Absolute Net Leased Walmart Portfolio
This portfolio consists of three (3) property leased to Walmart in Iowa, Illinois and Indiana. The leases are absolute net with no landlord responsibilities. The properties are being offered for sale on an individual basis.   

National Restaurant Brand Portfolio
This portfolio consists of restaurant properties located in the states of California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas.  The properties are being offered for sale on a portfolio and individual basis.  If the property is an operating property, the tenant will vacate the premises no later than 60 days after closing.

Ciena Capital-Lender Owned Portfolio
Ciena Capital is a special servicer for Small Business Administration (SBA) lenders. The properties have been foreclosed and considered distressed. Properties will generally appeal to users such as gas station operators, restaurant operators, small office and industrial businesses and acquirers of land.

Texas Retail Net Lease Portfolio
CBRE Portfolio Services is pleased to offer for sale four (4) net leased properties in strong Texas locations.  Three are in-line with shopping centers and one is a mall location.  All are fully occupied.  McAllen is the capital center of the Rio Grande Valley which continues to flourish despite the national recession.  Richardson (Dallas) hosts the largest concentration of telecom jobs in the nation.  Longview serves a large regional area of East Texas, and the Longview Mall is the place to shop.  Sugar Land boasts some of the best demographics in the Houston MSA, and continues to create jobs.  All properties are tenanted by strong tenants that continue to drive traffic and sales. 

Zions Bank-Lender Owned Portfolio
Zions First National Bank is a subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation which operates through over 500 offices in the Western U.S. The properties are located in or near the Houston MSA and have been foreclosed and considered distressed. Properties will generally appeal to value-add investors or users such as retailers, small office and other small businesses.

 

Walmart Land Sale
