OFFERING COLLATERAL
We spend a great deal of time and effort on our own due diligence process and in the preparation of the marketing materials to ensure that the information contained within our offering materials is complete, accurate, and will withstand investor review. Most importantly, an extensive due diligence ensures that the property’s numerous attributes are presented in the most positive manner, and enables us to anticipate concerns of investors, and address those issues that may impact value. The marketing team will develop both an Executive Summary, which will be mailed to the targeted investor list and a detailed Offering Memorandum, which will be sent upon registration and the execution of a Confidentially Agreement. SSAG’s market proven marketing collaterals ensure that clients’ receive proper presentation of the properties while maximizing exposure on a nationwide basis.
