- Idaho,
- Oregon and
- Alaska.

The regional office is based in Seattle, Washington with a satellite office in Portland, Oregon. There are currently 30 appraisers working in the region. The staff has an average of over 15 years of experience and typically specializes in a property type.
The main commercial properties that are appraised include
- Multifamily,
- Office buildings,
- Industrial, and
- Retail properties.
In addition to these properties, numerous other specialty use type properties are also appraised which include
- Senior care,
- Golf courses,
- Self-storage,
