The South Central Region is comprised of a six-state territory which includes

- Kansas,
- Western Missouri,
- Arkansas,
- Oklahoma,
- Louisiana,
- Texas, and
- Mexico.

The regional office is based in Houston, Texas with separate offices maintained in Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Northern Arkansas, Little Rock and Kansas City. There are currently 60 appraisers working in the region. The staff has an average of over 15 years of experience and typically specializes in a property type.
The main commercial properties that are appraised include
- multifamily,
- office buildings,
- industrial, and
- retail properties.
In addition to these properties, numerous other specialty use type properties are also appraised which include
- senior care,
- golf courses,
- self-storage, and
- hotels/motels.
