The Southern California Region is comprised of the southern portion of the state from the Mexcio border to the northern county lines of San Luis Obispo, Kern and San Bernadino. The Southern California Region also covers the state of Hawaii. |
The regional office is based in Los Angeles with satellite offices maintained in Ontario, Hawaii, Newport Beach, Carlsbad and San Diego. There are currently 55 appraisers working in the region. The staff has an average of over 15 years of experience and typically specializes in a property type.
