The Ambassador Award Program recognizes non-commissioned individuals who demonstrate leadership, initiative and determination to provide superior service.  The award specifically is designed to emphasize the importance of all employee contributions to CB Richard Ellis, rather than just those of sales professionals.

The Ambassador Award goals are:
  • To emphasize the importance of each individual's contribution to the success of internal and external client relationships at all levels within CB Richard Ellis
  • To recognize the value of each individual's contribution to CB Richard Ellis
  • To show appreciation to employees who perform their jobs at the highest performance level
  • To build employee pride and moral

All U.S. and Canada based employees of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (including partner offices, Torto Wheaton and CBRE | Melody) who are not compensated by 100% straight commission are eligible for the Ambassador Award on a semi-annual basis.  Six recipients will be selected each January and July.

The Ambassador Award seeks to recognize employees who:

  • Demonstrate leadership, initiative and determination in the performance of their job
  • Overcome obstacles through problem recognition and forethought
  • Contribute to the overall success of the firm by consistently delivering superior customer service
  • Assist in developing client relationships through superior customer service and delivery of products and services
  • Anticipate the needs of clients and exceeding their expectations, both internally and externally
  • Provide superior overall performance and setting examples for others to follow

For more information on the Ambassador Award Program, please contact: Kathy Taing.
