CB Richard Ellis' sales professional mentoring program is designed to:

  • help develop between the mentors and protégés and atmosphere of mentoring and coaching within the CBRE culture
  • develop a core value concept between the mentor and protégés
  • understand behavior and identify processes for coaching that are effective
  • create a shared vision for performance and career growth between the mentor and protégé
  • establish reasonable expectations between mentor and protégés
  • create lasting bond between mentor and protégé and, of course, accountability for both mentor and protégé
