Ben Hayes joined CB Richard Ellis in the spring of 2008 as a transition out of the world of professional golf and into the real estate community. In partnering with the Adelson, Fijan, Roberts, and Calihan team, Ben has joined the preeminent real estate brokerage team in the Phoenix market. With the quality of leadership in place, Ben has quickly been on the forefront of all aspects of brokerage including transaction management, corporate services, and business development.
With unprecedented success in the Phoenix market, Ben plans to add to the growing legacy of unparallelled client service and brokerage leadership. With consistent values that include hard work and integrity, Ben plans to expand the services platform to meet changing demands and client expectations. While emphasizing in tenant representation, Ben has worked with clients such as GE, First Industrial Realty Trust, Wachovia, and Meritage Homes. In his first year he assisted his team be awarded NAIOP Office Brokerage Team of the Year for 2008.
