After graduating with honors from the University of Arizona in 1976 with an Accounting Degree, Bob started his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche), where he worked as a Senior Tax Specialist for three years. Bob left public accounting and went to work with The Victorio Company in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
Bob began his real estate sales career in 1981 as a Sales Consultant for US Home Corporation where he was ranked in the top 5% nationally. In 1983, Bob joined Nicoli International, Inc. as Vice President in charge of acquisition, disposition and syndication of real estate. In 1985, he joined CB Richard Ellis in the Phoenix East Valley office. He was the top investment salesperson in that office from 1986 through 1990 when the office was merged into the Phoenix office. Bob and his partner, Glenn Smigiel, were the top investment brokers in the Phoenix area for 1994, 1996, 1997, 1998 and 2002. During his career, Bob has sold over $3,000,000,000 of office, retail, medical office, industrial and apartment properties.
Bob's background as a Certified Public Accountant enables him to better understand the financial aspects of an investment transaction, from the perspectives of both the owner and the buyer. His superior underwriting and sales skills have enabled him to consistently outperform the general marketplace.
