Brad’s primary role with the Anderson/Cunningham Multifamily Team is to provide market research concerning listed properties, as well as general market conditions. He maintains a database of all metro Phoenix multifamily properties 50 units and larger, and another covering over 1,000,000 units throughout the Southwest. From this data and other sources, he generates quarterly and annual reports, and maps involving rents, new construction, planned development, current and future absorption and occupancy, sales and prices. Reports and maps describing customized submarkets are also created on an as needed basis. Brad also helps to maintain the database of apartment owners, investors, and lenders that are routinely employed in the marketing of team listings.
Brad’s Arizona Real Estate Sales license allows him to show properties and discuss marketing information with clients. His background in photography is utilized in the digital imaging of listed properties for marketing materials.
Brad joined the team in March of 1999 following seven years as an appraisal assistant with CB Richard Ellis’ Valuation and Advisory Services. Previously, he was employed at Winius Montandon, Inc. as an appraisal assistant.
