Professional Experience As the Business Intelligence Analyst for the Labor Analytics Group (LAG), Brian is responsible for the data mining and management of LAG’s proprietary database. The LAG database contains primary labor market research and business intelligence for over 6,000 markets. In addition, Brian is responsible for the qualitative data integration of wage surveys, employer interviews, and competitive industry analysis and labor news briefs. Brian interacts with industry employers, economic development agencies, government officials and staffing companies to obtain accurate data research for strategic labor market analysis.
In addition, Brian manages the LAG real estate database, a web enabled application for capturing available vacant and plug and play real estate opportunities. Brian is an active member of Lexis Nexis and responsible for tracking industry news, openings and closings, layoffs and international labor trends. Brian is the co-author of LAG’s monthly LaborView report and produces geo-targeted mapping data to illustrate shifts in unemployment activity.
Currently, Brian is designing a research platform to connect LAG’s database with CBRE’s markets, including the Philippines and Latin America.
Prior to joining CBRE in July 2007, Brian was a Premier Relationship Specialist for Bank of America. Brian performed research and evaluation of personal and business portfolios which helped clients maximize their financial assets. Achievements
