Daniel Calihan has been with CB Richard Ellis since January 1995. Daniel is a third generation Arizona native and joined CB Richard Ellis immediately following his graduation from the University of Arizona.
After spending one year as a market researcher, Daniel trained with Joe Porter and Pat Feeney, one of Arizona’s leading industrial team for one year, then became a partner on their sales team. Daniel earned Rookie of The Year in 1998 for the CBRE Phoenix Metropolitan Office and has been partners with Joe and Pat ever since. Daniel specializes in industrial and office flex lease negotiations, building and land sales, landlord and tenant representation, build-to-suit development, site selection and investment property sales. Daniel has a tremendous ability to identify and understand his client’s needs and works diligently toward accomplishing their real estate goals. His hard work, dedication and extensive knowledge of the market allow him to produce impressive results.
For more than a decade, Daniel has been one of the Phoenix’s premier real estate professionals. Dan currenly lists over 3.6 million square feet of industrial/office-flex product located throughout Metropolitan Phoenix. Dan has been involved in over 1,500 transactions exceeding $3 billion dollars in total consideration.
