Glenn has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry for approximately 20 years. He provides his clients with an excellent understanding and resource when analyzing market conditions. Glenn's strength lies in being able to create value for his clients through professionally analyzing, packaging, and marketing their properties.
Glenn truly becomes a member of the client's team through thorough due diligence, when his clients are acquiring or disposing of properties. As a result, most of his clients have utilized his services for multiple transactions. Glenn uses his analytical and technology skills to actively track assets within specific industry classifications as well as to track sellers, buyers, specific market groups, (i.e., pension funds, REITs, insurance companies, etc.). This data, coupled with CB Richard Ellis' extensive resources, has proven very helpful in assisting clients to qualify their objectives and achieve their goals. Achievements CAREER EXPERIENCE
- 1986 to Present: CB Richard Ellis. First Vice President, Investment Properties. Glenn specializes in the acquisition and disposition of buildings. He has been directly involved with the sale of office, medical office, retail and industrial buildings. Glenn has been involved in investment transactions totaling over $2 billion.
- 1984 to 1986: Cigna Healthplan of Arizona. Director of Sales; formulated and implemented marketing plans to direct, motivate, and monitor the functions of both Group and Medicare Sales Account Executives.
- 1977 to 1984: Burroughs Corporation (now Unisys). Sales of computer systems to various industry businesses. Promoted to Sales Manager and directed sales of mainframe computer systems to large accounts.
