Jack Hannum joined the team of Tyler Anderson and Jack Cunningham in 2001, and facilitates as the Team’s lead financial analyst. Jack is primarily responsible for the valuation and financial analysis of multi-family properties for both institutional and private capital market clients. His sophisticated financial modeling skills and availability to work closely with clients’ allow for custom solutions to maximize value.
Mr. Hannum began his career with CB Richard Ellis in 1998 when he joined the Financial Consulting Group (FCG) in the Phoenix office. During his two years with FCG, Mr Hannum was responsible for the valuation and financial analysis of over $1.5 billion in assets that include multi-family, office, retail, and industrial properties. Mr. Hannum spent one year with L.J. Melody & Company, the mortgage banking arm of CB Richard Ellis, where he helped complete 25 permanent debt transactions.
