Jeanne Olcott joined CB Richard Ellis in January 1998, as part of the Koll acquisition. She introduced Corporate Concierge services to the Phoenix office and their clients, providing a wide variety of personal and business services. A network of contacts and resources allow her to handle even the most unusual requests. Clients and staff appreciate the special amenities offered.
In July of 2003 Jeanne joined the Marketing Services Center team as the Event Coordinator for the Phoenix office. Services include tenant retention programs for managed buildings, professional planning and supervision of broker events, arrangements for meetings, seminars, promotional events, receptions and corporate events.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry and retail promotions enables Jeanne to provide services for retail centers managed by the CBRE Asset Services division and special events for the CBRE Hotel Group. Jeanne served as Retail Administrator for el Pedregal, a distinctive shopping complex located in north Scottsdale. Responsibilities included marketing and promotions, media purchases for radio, print and direct mail, a public relations campaign and a concert series.
Creating innovative events and serving as the single point of contact to ensure that all arrangements are handled responsibly and efficiently is Jeanne's strength. Exceeding expectations by anticipating and satisfying the needs of staff and clients is her specialty.
