Mr. Cooledge is the leader of the Consulting and Research Department for the Phoenix office. As the leader of the consulting practice, Mr. Cooledge undertakes research and data analysis for a wide range of assignments undertaken by the firm on behalf of public and private-sector clients. He focuses on researching demographic, economic, labor-force and real estate market trends for highest and best use studies, economic studies, development feasibility analyses, economic development studies, corporate location strategies, and other projects.
In addition to the consulting practice, he oversees the Research Department and coordinates real estate market information throughout the production process for the Phoenix office. He develops new products and tools to enhance the capabilities of the CB Richard Ellis sales professionals. Mr. Cooledge leads a client oriented research team focused on uniform, accurate, innovative and organized information.
He joined CB Richard Ellis in 1989 as an Information Management Researcher. During his tenure with the company, Mr. Cooledge has held the positions of Marketing Specialist and Senior Research Coordinator. In 2000, Mr. Cooledge was asked to return to the position of Senior Research Coordinator and lead the reorganization of the Research Department. In 2006, Mr. Cooledge was promoted to Senior Real Estate Analyst and the leader of the Consulting and Research Department. Mr. Cooledge is recognized within CB Richard Ellis and metropolitan Phoenix for both his analytical skills and as a provider of comprehensive in-depth analysis of the industrial, office and retail markets.
