Kara Burns, CPA focuses on researching and evaluating labor markets nationwide for the Labor Analytics Group (LAG). Her responsibilities include operating analytical models and analyzing demographic, financial and anecdotal data for use in labor assessment and site selection. Additionally, she researches potential labor markets through extensive interviews and on-site labor assessments. Kara utilizes her background in real estate and finance to provide clients solutions in the areas of portfolio optimization, wage/cost impact and workforce longevity.
Previously, Kara worked for Duke Realty Corporation in both finance and property management roles. Most recently, she worked for Convergys Corporation as a senior financial analyst providing forecasting, planning and analysis services to the Corporate Real Estate department.
As a CPA, Kara applies her deep financial knowledge of the outsourcing industry to assist clients with developing a thorough understanding of both the managerial accounting and financial accounting aspects of implementing their workforce strategies.
