As a member of the Anderson/Cunningham Team since 1998, Lisa facilitates the numerous efforts involved in marketing the team’s multifamily listings. Lisa is responsible for creating, scheduling and coordinating the Team’s marketing materials which includes researching, writing and editing all content within the property sales brochures and offering memorandum.
Lisa coordinates obtaining property, demographic and local/regional market information between appropriate CBRE offices and brokers and also manages the production process working with outside vendors and in-house departments. Lisa holds an active Arizona Real Estate Sales License, allowing her to show properties and discuss marketing information with clients.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Lisa was a Development Assistant with Evans Withycombe Residential (now Equity Residential Properties Trust), a Phoenix-based apartment development and management company.
