Renowned for his enduring commitment to clients and loyal, long-standing business relationships, Luke Walker stands as one of the most tenacious professionals in the commercial market. Luke’s determination and aggressive follow-up with clients, prospects and brokers alike, leads to his overall success and completion of over 1,000 transactions throughout his 13-year career.

Along with his team, Luke is responsible for marketing several of the more recognizable Class A office developments within the metropolitan Phoenix area, with an emphasis in Scottsdale and the burgeoning Southeast Valley. 

Luke’s principal role within the team involves marketing new construction projects through property tours, financial/occupancy analysis, proposal correspondence and business development. To date, Luke has been involved in marketing over a dozen “ground-up” Class A office developments totaling over 1.4-million square feet. 

While Luke primarily focuses on leasing endeavors, he leverages his leasing experience and offers substantial investment sale expertise. He is highly knowledgeable in the dynamics of income and valuation of office buildings. 

Luke’s broad knowledge-base proves instrumental in leasing, underwriting, acquiring, and disposing of high-profile office properties. Throughout his career, Luke has also continued to thrive with tenant representation assignments and has extensive experience in this role from early on in his career.
