Pat Feeney joined CB Richard Ellis in 1985. In 1987, Pat partnered with Joe Porter, one of Arizona’s leading industrial broker focusing on investment sales. During their partnership, Dan Calihan joined the team in 1997 and since then, Pat, Joe and Dan have been amontg the top producing broker’s every year.
The focus of Pat’s transactions has been the sale and lease of single and multi-tenant industrial properties; land sales; build-to-suit projects; investment property sales and Landlord and Tenant representation located throughout Metropoitan Phoenix. Entering his twenty fourth year in commercial real estate, Pat has brokered over 2,000 transactions for over 80 million square feet.
Pat is frequently called upon to contribute to publications in the real estate market in Metroplitan Phoenix as he has consistnely been ranked top 20% of brokers in the Phoenix CBRE office over the last 10 years.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Pat worked in photography for seven years and sold his buiness to enter the restaurant business. In 1976, Pat joned the Chart House, Inc. and in 1983 became the Regional Sales Manager for nine restaurants located in Arizona, California, Colorado and Kansas. Soon after becoming a Regional Sales Manager, Pat purchased a restaurant from the Chart House, Inc. and sold it in 1985 to begin his real estate career at CB Richard Ellis.
