Pat Feeney joined CB Richard Ellis in 1985. In 1987 Pat partnered with Joe Porter, one of Arizona’s leading industrial broker focusing on investment sales. Pat and Joe have been among the top producing broker’s every year since their partnership.
The focus of Pat’s transactions has been the sale and lease of single and multi-tenant industrial properties; land sales; build-to-suit projects; investment property sales and Landlord and Tenant representation located throughout Metropolitan Phoenix. During his twenty three year career, Pat has brokered over 650 transactions involving more than 40 million square feet and having an aggregate value of over 30 billion dollars. Included among his transactions are more than 1,700 acres of industrial land sales.
Pat is frequently called upon to contribute to publications in the real estate market in Metropolitan Phoenix as he has consistently been ranked top 10% of industrial brokers nationwide over the last 10 years.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Pat worked in photography for seven years and sold his business to enter the restaurant business. In 1976, Pat joined the Chart House, Inc. and in 1983 became the Regional Sales Manager for nine restaurants located in Arizona, California, Colorado and Kansas. In 1983, Pat then purchased a restaurant from the Chart House, Inc. and sold it in 1985 to begin his real estate career at CB Richard Ellis.
