Sarah’s role is coordinating of Due Diligence requirements and Distribution & Administration follow up involved in marketing of the properties.
Sarah Tarlton joined CB Richard Ellis in 1999 in the Brokerage Accounting Department responsible for the documentation and processing of transactions. Since early 2007, Sarah joined the Anderson/Cunningham Team as a Client Services Specialist in the sale of multi-housing properties.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Sarah was with a large Commercial Insurance Company in the underwriting area for 18 years.
