Ms. Castleberg began her career with CB Richard Ellis in 1997 as a Senior Accountant for Asset Services. She was responsible for full cash and accrual accounting in addition to CAM reconciliations and budget assistance for a portfolio of 17 office buildings.
Ms. Castleberg’s current responsibilities include financial statement analysis, financial modeling, property valuations and detailing financial information for marketing proforma’s. Additionally, she reviews and maintains all offers that are received on the teams’ current listings and distributes to the seller. Suzy holds an active Arizona Real Estate Sales License, allowing her to discuss financial information with clients.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Suzy started in Real Estate Accounting in 1989 while working for Evans Withycombe Residential (now Equity Residential Properties Trust). She has also worked for CBS Investment Realty, Inc. and The Hewson Properties Inc., a locally owned development and management company.
